Stout-Infused Sausages with Spiced Mustard

Take your sausages to the next level with the deep, meaty flavor of stout. Created by our in-house chef, this recipe makes for a hearty appetizer, or it’s perfect for a barbecue.

Ingredients:
1 1lb package Gold Meat sausage links (any flavor)
2 cups stout, such as Guinness (for the sausages)
1/4 cup stone ground mustard
3 tablespoons stout, such as Guinness (for the mustard)
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 package bread rolls
Directions:

Bring the sausage links to a boil in the stout for 5 minutes.

Heat the grill to 350F.

Place the boiled links on the grill for 3 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 160F.

Meanwhile, place the mustard, remaining stout and allspice in a small saucepan on medium heat.

Stir for 3-5 minutes and remove heat. Transfer to a condiment dish, and serve with the Stout-Infused Sausages on rolls.
